I am currently an assistant professor at University of Massachusetts Lowell in the Psychology Department and the Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Studies program. My research interests include instructional design, learning outcomes, behavioral health, and assessment of diversity and equity. I focus on quantitative research, particularly single-subject designs, surveys, and literature and citation analyses.
My organizational experiences include training design and development, employee performance management, supervision and mentorship. I have also served as an external consultant in instructional design and learning assessment as well as a subject matter expert.
My clinical experiences have included severe behaviors, early intervention, social skills, functional communication training, verbal behavior training, curriculum design and assessment, parent training, staff training, and functional analyses. I mostly served children up to young adults with developmental disabilities and/or emotional-behavioral disorders.
Please feel free to look at my Google Scholar citations and contact if you have any questions regarding my work or need access to the publications.
